Private Lessons

  • Private lessons can be booked in hourly slots.

  • Private lessons are $75 per hour.

Personal Training

  • Personal Training sessions are 1 hour each and can be booked as single sessions or a bulk booking of eight.

  • Personal Training is $75 per hour or discounted for the bulk booking to $70 per hour ($560 paid in full).

About Jon

Jon Spellman has decades of experience in physical culture with a focus on resistance training and martial arts. In 2015 Jon started teaching Brazilian Jiu jitsu at Renzo Gracie Middletown N.Y. In 2017 Jon was awarded the rank of black belt under his coach Joao Zeferino. After relocating to NC Jon decided to translate that experience into a role where he could share his experience with others and became a certified personal trainer in 2018. In 2022 Jon received his B.A in Exercise and Sport Science at UNC Chapel Hill. Jon currently applies his vast experience towards coaching and training at the Fighting Society of Hillsborough NC.
